Works from kits of any kind, manufactured articles and imports are unacceptable. Please understand any such items need to be removed from your booth. If you wish to receive confirmation, please include SASE with sufficient postage. Otherwise your cancelled check is your receipt. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks and post-dated checks are not accepted. First show is to be paid for in full and you may make a $50.00 deposit for additional shows with balance to be paid in full one month prior to show date. The $50.00 deposit is non-refundable. You are responsible for making sure the balance is paid on time and you will not receive any additional notice. If you wish your due balance charged to your credit card, please indicate so on application and it will automatically be charged one month prior to show date. PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Prior vendors in each show will have two weeks from time applications are mailed to sign up for show before we accept any new vendors in that medium. Three photos -no slides- are required (2 of craft and 1 of booth). If you have been a vendor at a previous show of ours and YOUR CRAFT HAS NOT CHANGED, you do not need to provide photos. Table must be covered to the floor. Vehicles MUST be moved to designated areas by 9:15 AM. Please remove all trash to designated receptacles. You are responsible for your own insurance. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN. Exhibitors are responsible for supply cord to their booth & tape to secure to floor. ONE SUPPLY CORD PER BOOTH.
